Attorney Nasser graduated in 1999 from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In the year 2011 he acquired master’s degree with distinction and wrote research thesis. Attorney Nasser is well-known in Jerusalem, and has a strong reputation in the field real estate law and of human rights and public law. He is considered an expert of the law in force in the occupied territories. Attorney Nasser specializes in administrative law, land law, planning and building laws. He has handled several important cases related to the Israeli Wall, settlements, and land expropriation and land ownership disputes. In this capacity, Attorney Nasser has represented authorities in the Occupied Territories, Arab neighbourhoods in Jerusalem, and public organizations.
